Ready for the adventure?!
Below is all the relevant information about the camp. We are fully confident in our ability to ensure our campers have the best time possible. However, we also want to make the experience enjoyable for parents.
If you feel like you’re missing any specific information, please feel free to ask us. Although it might make us a little nervous at first to have our little ones away from home for a few days, as a general rule, it’s usually the parents who are more anxious while the kids are having fun. That’s why we want to make sure you have all the information you need.

We understand that your children are your most precious treasure.
That is why we are taking every precaution for the well-being and safety of the students.
1. Students must always wear the camp T-shirt while at camp for safety reasons during outings, field trips, and activities in the park.
If they do not, they will be given a new T-shirt at an additional cost.
2. Everything they bring to camp must be labeled, including clothes, shoes, and food containers. This will help prevent mix-ups and ensure proper hygiene.

MENU
If you have hired a catering service, in addition to the mid-morning snack—which is included—the catering company will provide a meal plan developed by their nutritionists for our students, tailored to the scheduled activity.
Here is a sample menu; we will keep you updated as soon as we receive the final plan.
MEDICINeS
If you have submitted a medical report or if the student requires any treatment, you must submit the most recent medical report, and if medication is needed, please provide it to us properly labeled.
PROTOCOL
Our counselors will collect all medications on the first day upon arrival at camp. We always have a designated person at the camp who will monitor the schedules and times for administering medication. We will follow the instructions provided in the medical report you submitted with the registration at all times.
We will bring the medications on excursions with the first-aid kit unless it is not necessary.
At the end of the session, we will return the medication to the students so they can take it home. If they leave it behind at the camp facilities from one week to the next, we will likely dispose of it, as we perform a thorough cleaning immediately after the session ends.

So you can get a sense of what’s happening at the camp in real time, we’ll be posting daily “Stories” and a day-to-day log on our Instagram @fastenglish_tkm
At the same time, our team will send photos to the camp’s WhatsApp group every day, as much as they can manage, without neglecting to spend time with the kids.
At the end of the weekly camp, we’ll send an email with all the photos and videos from the camp to everyone.

After paying the €100 deposit, the remaining balance must be paid in full before the camp begins. The rest of the payments are to be made according to the installment plan we have provided to you individually
